Partnering with unionized employees enables Hobson Fabricating to expand its workforce with highly skilled and fairly compensated workers instantly whenever a large job demands.

President / Estimator / General Manager
Randy Frisbee has more than 30 years experience in the HVAC and sheet metal industries, performing in a wide variety of roles, from journeyman and instructor to estimator and project manager. For Hobson Fabricating, Randy oversees all estimating and business operations, including contract administration, accounting and finances, and insurance and bonding.

Secretary / Treasurer / Estimator / Project Coordinator
Ted Frisbee brings more than three decades of roofing industry experience to Hobson Fabricating. His daily role is to oversee all project coordination and material procurement, as well as change order pricing and warranties.

Phil Wilt
Engineering Manager
Phil Wilt is a 20-year veteran of the HVAC industry, serving as project manager, chief designer and systems designer. On a daily basis, he provides professional input to ensure IBC, SMACNA and ASHRAE compliance of all HVAC equipment and ductwork installations.

Safety Coordinator
Gary Ruths is a longtime veteran of Hobson Fabricating, providing safety management direction to all Design Team personnel as well as foremen, engineers, superintendents, and project managers. His primary role is to ensure that OSHA and other compliance standards are consistently met.
